ADVANTAGES
The MU Series is a fully adjustable range that can be adapted to any application need. It can be newly configured in a short period of time thanks to its simple design.

This includes the entire range of MSU or MDU long-life modules with STF, RA or STR bead nozzles.
​
These applicators keep the temperature stable up to the outlet of the module, allowing a uniform flow of adhesive over time.
​
Quick access to the internal elements by removing the side plates in order to simplify their maintenance.
MAIN FEATURES

• Complete Hot Melt applicator for high speed machines whose module design combined with solenoid valve features allows an accurate dot or bead application.
• Its reduced response time for activation, the high repeatability of response time during its life and the large number of cycles capability (long half-life), makes it ideal for exigent applications in Packaging and Graphic Arts Industries.
ENERGY EFFICIENCY

• The insulating covers and pneumatic tubes guarantee an energy reduction, minimizing heat losses as well as ‘Cool- Touch’ guard for operators.
• Due to this capability, uniform temperature is reached so it is a very steady temperature applicator for adhesive handling in terms of constant flow, good bonding and no adhesive char or degradation.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
• The integrated filter to avoid nozzle clogs is very easy to change (cartridge spare part) and it can be done without disassembly the hose- applicator hydraulic connection.
• Its minimum size allows to install at limited places where other standard applicators cannot fit.
• The high speed applicator can be equipped with standard microprecision modules or zero cavity modules. The standard microprecision modules offer high flexibility with interchangeable nozzles while zero cavity modules provide an optimum adhesive cutting.

MAIN FEATURE
New bead applicators with small dimension, in two pneumatic control versions: air open-air close A0AC or air open-spring close A0SC.
Based on an initial design, these applicators can be supplied with different sizes and module quantity to achieve dimension and number of beads necessary for every application.

Temperature control is done by an electronic system from the melting unit, through internal wire along the heated hose, using a RTD sensor either Ni120 or Pt100.
OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE
Accessibility to internal parts allows an easy maintenance and repairing, only removing small closing plates.​

Likewise modules are designed to achieve the maximum compatibility with other applicators in the market, giving to our customers the possibility to get a spare parts service to the existing installations even if they are not Meler Product.

Swirl Applicators
Swirl SOLUTIONS
MAIN FEATURES
• Series of compact swirl applicators with two pneumatic control versions: air-opening/air-closing AOAC and air-opening/spring-closing AOSC.
• Starting with a basic design, the size and number of modules can be adapted to reach the size and strokes
necessary for all applications (max. width 550 mm). Built-in filter available for all models.
• The temperature is controlled electronically from the melter unit through the wiring inside the connection hose,
and is read using a Ni120, Pt100 or NTC (R) RTD sensor.
• In applicators with independent heating, it heats to a temperature close to the application temperature.
Different types of modules can be used: ball-closing, zero cavity or snuff back, with clean cut-off of the adhesive
flow.
OPERATING AND MAINTENANCE
The internal parts are accessed from the side by removing the small closing plates, making them easy to maintain
and repair.
The heating system provides thermal stability at every adhesive output, maintaining the swirl air at an ideal
temperature for application.
